Savannah Chrisley offered fans a closer look at her massive diamond engagement ring on Saturday, sharing social media footage while praising her husband, Jason Galanis.

The 29-year-old television personality posted a clip to her Instagram Stories admiring the oval-cut gemstone alongside a diamond eternity band. Across the video, Chrisley recounted a remark from her 56-year-old husband: “My man just said, ‘You’re not too expensive, you’re my best investment.’ Ladies… find a man with his mindset.”

Details of the Multi-Carat Ring

The piece was designed by Nicole Genovese of Genovese Jewelers, Page Six reported. The outlet previously estimated the jewelry could be valued at more than $1.5 million, with experts estimating the center oval stone weighs between 15 and 18 carats, flanked by side stones assessed at two carats each.

Speaking on her podcast, “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley,” the former “Chrisley Knows Best” cast member recalled that Galanis presented the ring during a vacation in the Cayman Islands in December 2025, roughly five months into their relationship. Chrisley said her only request had been that the stone be larger than her previous engagement ring from former fiancé Nic Kerdiles, who died in a motorcycle crash in 2023.

According to Chrisley, Galanis told her the ring carried no expectations and could serve as an engagement, promise, or cocktail ring. “Obviously, like yes, my ring is insane, and I love it, and it’s everything I’ve ever wanted,” she said on her show, adding that she deeply appreciated the effort he placed into creating it alongside her longtime jeweler.

A Secret Wedding and Expanding Family

Chrisley initially announced her engagement and first pregnancy on Oct. 27, initially identifying her partner only as “J.” Marriage records obtained by People confirmed the pair secretly wed on July 14 at Cayman Islands Baptist Church.

Earlier this week, the couple held a gender reveal alongside Chrisley’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, slicing into a cake with blue frosting to announce they are expecting a baby boy. Addressing their 27-year age gap on her podcast, Chrisley said she “would rather spend 20 phenomenal years with someone than 50 meh years with someone.”

Past Convictions and Clemency

Galanis previously spent several years in federal custody after receiving a 189-month prison sentence in September 2020 for multiple securities fraud schemes. The offenses included a $60 million fraud that victimized the Oglala Sioux tribe of South Dakota. In 2024, Galanis also testified before the House Oversight Committee as part of an inquiry into Hunter Biden and then-President Joe Biden.

President Donald Trump commuted Galanis’ sentence in March 2025. Two months later, Trump granted full presidential pardons to Chrisley’s parents, who had been convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud conspiracy in 2022. Records showed that Galanis and Todd Chrisley served overlapping sentences at the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida.

Chrisley has acknowledged pushback over her marriage, writing on social media that critics are often swift to condemn while noting that “no amount of hate could ever overshadow the joy” of preparing for their child’s birth.
