CULVER CITY, Calif. — The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned Sunday night with a star-studded runway at Sony Pictures Studios, highlighted by surprise appearances, high-profile musical performances and a record-shattering jeweled centerpiece.

The annual lingerie presentation was livestreamed across the brand’s YouTube and social media channels on Sunday, Oct. 18, marking the event’s third year back following a six-year hiatus, according to the Daily Mail and The Mirror US.

Surprise appearances and runway highlights

The broadcast opened with an unexpected pre-recorded video appearance from longtime former Angel Gisele Bündchen, Page Six reported. Wearing pink lingerie and the brand’s traditional striped robe, Bündchen asked viewers, “Are you ready for the show?” before the runway action began. At the conclusion of the broadcast, Bündchen reappeared on screen eating popcorn and hinted at future projects, saying, “Wasn’t that amazing? You’re gonna be seeing more of me real soon.” The appearance came two decades after her last runway walk for the label and a day after she was photographed in Miami wearing a medical boot, Page Six noted.

Bella Hadid served as the surprise runway opener in an unannounced appearance, walking in an embellished bra, floral wings and a sheer green mini skirt, the Daily Mail reported. She returned later in the show wearing a sheer white dress accompanied by massive white wings with silver accents. Her sister Gigi Hadid followed closely behind during the opening segment, wearing a silver top with fringe wings.

Another focal point arrived when Kylie Jenner walked the runway wearing a $50 million diamond-covered Fantasy Bra created by Jacob & Co., witnessed by Timothée Chalamet in the audience, Page Six and The Mirror US reported. The design eclipsed the previous valuation record set in 2000 by Bündchen’s $15 million Red Hot Fantasy Bra.

Star-studded lineup and musical guests

Veteran Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima returned to the catwalk alongside regular runway figures Candice Swanepoel and Alex Consani, according to The Mirror US. The roster also featured Barbara Palvin, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Elsa Hosk, Jasmine Tookes, Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, Imaan Hammam, Anok Yai, Precious Lee, Neelam Gill and Gabriela Moura.

The show also unveiled Solange Omon, the brand’s newest Angel discovered through the streaming series “Angels Among Us,” who made her official runway debut, the Daily Mail reported.

Live musical performances punctuated the catwalk presentations throughout the evening. The performance lineup included:

  • Megan Thee Stallion
  • Canadian pop singer Tate McRae, who performed her newly released single “Housewife”
  • Global girl group KATSEYE
  • Country artist Megan Moroney

The production took place following weeks of online debate, as some fans voiced frustration over certain veteran models being omitted from the 2026 lineup, the Daily Mail reported. Victoria’s Secret has not announced future dates or formal campaign details regarding Bündchen’s teased collaboration.
